Nothing beats a pretty cupcake.
These are vanilla cupcakes, rainbow colored and topped with white fluffy frosting and a rainbow sour belt candy.
After making the batter, I divided it into 5 containers, added some color then spooned a teaspoon of each color into the cupcake liners one by one.
I originally wanted to do a round cloud effect with the frosting, but it didn't work out so I opted for this simple piped star look...or whatever you want to call it.
I love these cupcakes because when you bite into them, you get to see all the colors inside...and the candy on top doesn't hurt either :)
I can't wait to make these again!
